Not trying to mess up your sale or anything, but swapping ECUs isn't the only involved thing here--the immobilizer chip in your key is matched to your ECU, so swapping out your ECU with another will require that you receive a key which is "mated" to that ECU. Same thing goes for the person receiving the ECU you are selling.
