I think we might actually make it this time!!

What's the plan for the caravan up?

 

I'm planning on going up on the Thursday again. Earliest I usually join the group is Cordele, GA.

Time to start the all-Florida caravan thread over in the other forum, I guess...

Some of us think it is still way to hot in August.

How about a Fl only trip in mid to late October. The weather is still good, great temp for top down driving and we get to see the leaves change



I think the last week of October would be great.

I already had a trip planned that weekend in August to North Ga/ South NC, so it's only an additional 100 miles to get to the dragon.

I'll be doing Bay Bottom Crawl in the Keys in October for 4 days, so I doubt I'll do another trip that same month.

 

I've got a heavy theatre schedule coming up in October, so I won't really have any free weekends that month.

The tricky things about October are 1) scheduling around UT football games and 2) slooooooooow leaf peepers out on the Dragon.

But, you're right, it would make for some perfect top-down driving weather.
