Anybody else pick up "LASER" when passing through the Sunpass lane at the Bird Road toll plaza?

 

i get it at a lot of tolls....

What kinda detectors do you guys have who keep getting laser at the toll booths? I've got a passport 8500 x50 and I've literally had laser go over ONE time in the past 4 months or so.

 

I get it, and I have the 8500. It almost always happens at the Bird Road plaza, and if I remember correctly, I get it at the Okeechobee Plaza as well.

I don't get it at the Homestead Toll Plaza though, but I do get K band there.

 

i also have the 8500 but i have also have the zx3 laser shifter/jammer package with the front and rear detecters on the car. i think the tolls have lasers set up to detect the cars coming so the gates will open before the car gets to them.

 

I believe its illegal to use X-band radar in Fla.~
