I live in Florida and i'd buy it without a/c if the price was right. It would keep miles off the odometer which is never a bad thing. Winter/ evening car..
Yea but not as a DD

If they dont come with A/C or Radio no one in thier right mind will buy them down here in Florida as a daily driver. Period.

haha ,
but they you scarifice adding weight.
Which is the whole basis on how it seems they are advertising the car

Its cool, yes, but the fact that the only difference is weight loss and a bit more susp work doesnt appeal to me.

Especially when they are probably going to want 35k+ for it.

You forgot the stiffer chassis.. Doesn't that count for anything?

Remember No Radio and No A/C is an OPTION. This makes me believe that you must order the S2000 with out this option and risk paying MSRP.

Yes but if anyone is going to track this car there is a good chance they will strip the stock suspension and replace it with better shocks anyway.

I just want the rims..

When I say chassis i'm not reffering to the suspension. I mean the unibody construction. Honda advertised stiffer chassis. In past R models the chassis is doubled up in key areas and therefore you couldn't get the same kind of performance out of a car that was "converted to type R" unless you really kno what Honda did different in the factory.

I hope so but I doubt we're going to get a complete report of everything changed from a car mag. Usually it's the jdm videos that reveal all te goodies.

I'd rather go to the Honda Parts Dept at the local dealer and order the CR suspension parts and install them on my current AP2....
