Toss it in the trash and go aftermarket. You'll be MUCH happier. Then down the road get yourself new speakers. You should try and bug the crap out of the insurance company as well. Tell them that the turn around time is unacceptable and that if thats the case to wait then you will need a comped rental car to get you around town. At least that way you wont have to keep posting for taxi rides.

I needed a ride to pick up my car lol I'm driving around with no head unit till it comes back and then I gotta drop my car off again so they can install it.. I have a pioneerin the MR2 I have for sale, I may just pull it out and stick it in the s2 till the remained unit comes back
