Default SC Pricing

Ok I know this has probably been posted on and on... but.... from what I was reading I think I will prefer to go SC then turbo. My question is... which SC kit is the best and gives the most power? Also if you can let me know prices ranges to start putting money in the piggy bank! I have been searching through posts but I can't seem to get these to direct questions answered.. from what I read its cheaper then Turbo overall but still pricey. Anything you guys can tell me I would greatly appreciate.

^ thanks man.

If your budget is limited, you need to buy SC. Turbo will run you at least $6000.

If you want to buy brand new SC, it'll still be somewhere around there. Used one, you are looking at $3200-$3400 depending on the condition. Installation will be around $800-$1000.

Vortech Kit makes more power out of the box because it makes 7psi boost stock compared to Comptech 5.5psi. Both are same as reliability. Some say Comptech is more reliable but I think they are the same...

For info click on the the "forced induction" signature badge.

There is an entire group for discussion the merits of each type.

I prefer Vortech SC myself.

Good luck!

i would reccomend the vortech. Comptech produces good power too, but if you want extra power out of it, it's alittle more pricey.
