I was thinking the prints would be on the INSIDE of the window...on convertibles, it's fairly easy to reach in and pull the window outward, giving enough room to practically get your arm down there. If the print was inside, I would say that qualifies as a useful print.

That sucks man. No one wants to work for anything anymore. No morals or ethics.

Usually Town Center has a lot of security, I'm surprised they would even try it. Its even been improved since the BRPD took over from PBSO.

Too bad you didn't catch 'em.

Last time I went to that mall, I parked the car near the mall entrance off Glades, at least 40-yards away from the nearest car and made SURE the security trucks (two separate ones) got a good look at me getting out of it before I locked it and walked away. As soon as I got to the mall entrance, I did a quick turn around and saw both trucks circling the car a few times before driving away. At the very least, they knew who the owner was. Usually when I go to malls that have security, if they aren't immediately in the vicinity, I'll walk to where they're located and flag 'em down, point out my car and identify myself as the owner. I figure it's better than just leaving them to decide if the goober standing next to it is the owner or not.

Maybe it's time for someone to actually make side window graphics that run alongside the bottom of the glass which read, "you are being videotaped if this car is parked."

Let them figure out where the camera is.

The first company to produce a hidden camera that operates off a motion sensor which, when activated, sends that signal to your cell phone in the form of streaming video is going to make a LOT of money. Think about it.
Your phone beeps, you flip it open and as your silent car alarm is going off, your cell phone is videotaping the punks and allowing you to freezeframe at any time to digitally take a snapshot of the action which could then be downloaded onto your harddrive for photographic evidence of illegal entry (or attempted entry).
