Default 80km/h plus tire chatter/clapping

Hey guys,

When i go 80km/h and over my hear this loud paper rubbing against tire sound or it also is similar to cards in bicycle wheel spokes. Anyone know what this might be. Transmission or Engine or maybe something in the tire? By the way, it's on my 2007 Honda Fit

If it were the rotor shields you would still hear it at low speed. Im thinking the belts in the tires have shifted...
Bring the car by and I will remove the tires and inspect them for you since your gonna come grab those Kumho tires anyway.

Hey guys, figured out the problem. The engine splash guard at the bottom was hanging loose so at higher speeds with would cause the splash guard to continuously hit the bottom of the bumper in a rapid manner. Used a few zip ties and that did the trick and no more noise. Thanks for the help and advice guys.
