bro... demand that they replace the car with a 2002 (hardtop, cause of the extra emotional suffering you incurred 
) imeadiately with no wait... plus sue for all lawyer fees... try to make them settle outta court this way the process will only take weeks instead of months...

Sounds like you have a long list of parts to replace (and that they really messed up your car), what is the likelihood that they would give you a new car?

for me, i've only had someone backed into my front fender and i scraped the rear 1/4 panel while going around to get estimates for said front fender damage.
