it isint 120$ for me atleast its 110$ lol funny thing today i pulled over a cop to ask him where i go to pay off my ticket loOLol he actully check out my car and liked it.

crap, i must've missed it because i was reading through the HTA before i drove the car for the first time and i couldn't find anything stating specifically that plates had to be both at the front and back. the previous owner told me he didn't have trouble with the missing front license as well. i've passed by cops doing seatbelt checks in the mornings on the way to work and don't get hassled at all. strange. i guess it's the luck...
