Default I need your opinion

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting a carbon fibre hood in the spring. I have a huge dent on my hood and if it costs anymore than $300.00 to fix I probably will get a new hood.

I want to know if you think it will look akward if a get a vented hood and have a virtually stock car. The only mods I have are an invidia exhaust and a mesh grille. I think it might look odd if my car has no rims, lips or suspension mods. I just don't want it to look "ricey".

Any comments.

A mismatched color hood won't look any less ricey with or without other mods.

I am sure it will look fine if you have OEM lip or amuse something to make it look a little lower.

Why not OEM carbon fiber from seibon?

I know a guy selling one in Cornwall.

The shop is called Car Tunes. I think he wants $500.

I've considered an OEM style hood. I think it would fit the look I am looking for a bit better than a vented hood.

Is siebon someone on this board or is it a shop in T.O that sells them?

Black as in Berlina, or black as in unpainted and polished Carbon fibre?

I just got a response from seibon. They want $544 for the oem hood. Does that seem like a resonible price? I haven't priced out any other hood yet so I'm not sure how expensive they get.
