Tell me if I'm wrong but I thought carfax was only for cars in the US. Does it check for cars in Canada too?

TSB is "Technical Service Bullitin" dealers use it if a customer complains about an issue and Honda already has a known fix for it. The known fix is usually a updated part or specific repair procedure. TSB's are issued to dealers from Canada Honda.

As for "known" problems there are no real big issues that come to mind. The S2k is just as realiable as any other Honda. Small issues here and there depend on the model year.

As for your carfax question...it does cover Canada

Interesting, I don't know that game.

It is just a little weird seeing triple5... Welcome, but always remember, I'm the Triple-H

I wish you luck finding a good clean car, and don't worry about Carfax only being a US thing, as the Yank here in TO I can tell ya, Carfax is a total joke. I bought the service a while ago when I was looking for a used truck, I ran the VIN and thought the results were a bit lame. So out of curiosity I ran the VIN on a couple of vehicles I knew; knew as in I knew they had been in accidents and the Carfax came back clean.

I can live with that point of view, the only other thing is, if they are already done is you get to drive the car more instead of seeing it parked at the dealers...
And you don't have to deal with the dealers to get it done...
