Any security cameras around / catch the dudes number plate?
Looks like the damage is limited to the door only. Hopefully it's as easy as sourcing a new one from a wreck and matching paint

There are no cameras in this parking lot 
My car was parked and I was not there when it got backed into. There were witnesses whom I spoke with but they did not get the license plate of the pickup truck.
And I said the same thing, this is a lot of damage for someone just backing into me in a parking lot! There was shattered glass all over my back seat and the ground.

If you can find a used door the same colour from the wreckers thye usually don't bother to take the window either. My friend changed his passenger front door on the same gen civic and i think he paid $150 for the door
