My only concern is that because it's 1/2 price, they just rush and don't bother taking their time

They are not going to rush and mess it up just on the basis of it being on sale, if they mess it up it would cost them a lot of money to fix it. I would not hesitate using them for a roll if I wanted one, they are probably the most experienced shop at doing that. There is always a chance of messing it up, but it won`t be because the service is on sale. I wouldn`t worry about it.

In theory, you're right but nobody warranties/guarantee's fender rolling, there's always a chance it could screw up and the shop won't be held liable. I'm just going on the basis of nobody likes to work for free. If you're getting half your pay for the day, you're likely to half-ass the job lol. Hopefully not though. I guess we'll see!

no reputable shop will do a half ass job just cause they are having a sale. imagine if they started doing bad jobs all of a sudden, word of mouth gets out and they would see their sales drop.
