Default WHO'S GOT DEALS ON KITCHEN APPLIANCES?

OK, out of all of us in the T.O. group, someone must have a way to get killer deals on stove tops, wall ovens, etc.

Looking for Dacor and the like.

if you have a gas hookup I'd recommend a gas range...once you cook or get your wife to cook on it it's hard going back to conventional

Gas stoves heat up the pots and pans faster. They also bring them back up to temperate a lot quicker once you dump food into them. Since it's consistent, it's easier to control the temperature as well. Damn I've become domesticated.

...but your right about both points ....

We had electric, we now have gas range - Denise likes it much better.

PS - DON'T get a glass top - the cleaning is a PITA.

I have a glasstop right now and I hate it...it's like cooking on friggin flashlights. There's absolutely no heat retention when you're cooking. Was planning on upgrading to gas this summer but now...stove...or tyres...stove...or tyres...

The decision is clear.
