Thumbs up Rear End Hit and run

Got in a rear end crash...To make it short: I was stopping for a red while it was a yellow and she wasnt paying attention and braked late. I slid half way into the intersection and she TRYS TO RUN(not to mention in a mini van) ...I chase her , get tag #, and verify through the phone...long waiting for the state trooper and she ends up having expired insurance...Just my luck on the way to the Ultra Evolution meet...

Damage: Trunk(actual trunk it self not the lid, on the bottom), Exhaust tip and bent piping, bumper itself.

Estimated; $3,450 @ suncoast collision center
Estimated; $2,500 @ Smiths Auto Body

I actually have been to the suncoast before and they did a fantastic job, and theirs is expensive(compared to Smiths) i think due to the fact that they are replacing everything thats broken or bent(like trunk)

Some pictures:

this is at the scene, my tag was jammed into her front bumper, she was even leaking fluids so she hit me going around 20-25mph

My exhaust...It has a crazy angle and its bent in an oval shape where it makes that angle and the hanger wont fit to hold it up.

I did this today just because i was looking at it and i might as well make me feel better its getting replaced...

I am for sure paying the deductible and letting insurance take over.
I am for sure trying to maybe save some money after.
I am not sure if i want to buy an Ebay Rear Bumper... What do you guys think?
They have some nice Js, and VIS rear bumpers but i have no info on those.

Any opinions will be welcomed, maybe even a body shop that has a good price and work?

Edit: Can exhaust pipes by actually fixed from a bend? The insurance guy put down $175 to "fix" my exhaust on his estimate...It is an oval at a certain area.(you can see on the second pic)

That sucks

The exhaust can be fixed but, it will not be the same or as free flowing as it was ment to be. I would ask them to replace it because of that.
The rear bumper, I would find a good used OEM to save money

Good luck

Can't you be sited for tinted brakelights in a rear-end collision?

Either way, I HATE when stuff like this happens! Best of luck on a painless recovery!
