That looks pretty close.. I may come down for that. I'm not sure that
I'll have tried the spacers by then, though.

Matt,

If Chris is in agreement, by all means just let him look at it - drive - etc. Besides you can meet the Bama crew.

That's what I do, screw letting idiots with not S2K experience work on it. "Can't be much different than a Civic..." My ass.

Thanks guys, I think that's what I'm gonna do. It is so difficult to describe in writing, I think driving the car will be worth a million words.

Not quite the same, but does anyone know a good local autobody repair besides the dealer? I have a dent the also needs to be painted. I assume this is not for all the paintless dent repair folks. Who would you trust? I know the dealer will rip me off.

Music City P&A lifted the car by the suspension and ran it on the rack and said the propshaft looks fine.

I drove with one of their guys and he could feel the problem as well, but they couldn't really give me a good diagnosis.
I had a vibration problem with a Vette. It turned out to be the propshaft. It was checked OK at the dealer said it was not the problem(they said tires). So I took two hose clamps and installed them with small wheel weights on the shaft. After a few tries my vibration improved some so I had the shaft rebuilt and balanced and all vibrations were gone.
