Hendo,
Is your S your daily driver? If not, then stick w/ the S-02's.
If the S is your daily driver, than I would go w/ Kuhmo Ecsta 712's (much cheaper, and is a better all-weather tire than the S-02, but you loss dry grip). This car eats rear tires like candy, and being on S-02's will get expensive really fast.
I've had great experience with S-03's, its a GREAT rain tire, good everyday tire, and still retains decent dry weather grip. I got lucky, and picked up a new set of discontinued Yokohama AVS-Intermediate tires, and I really like these tires a lot. Too bad they are disountinued, but maybe someone on this board still has a set for sale.

IMO don't get the Kuhmo Ecsta--i had to get them because couldn't afford anything more--but wish I didn't--daily driver and those are super slippery! if you want fun on the road sliding around--they're perfect!

Ecsta MX are supposed to be quite good, friend of mine ran his on an AutoX and he liked them, but not as sticky as the S-03s he was previously running.
The ES100 is also a good tire, I was running them before I switched to Azenis
