I just pulled my soft top out last night, and its a pretty long process. If your roll hoops are already out, it should be a bit easier. One thing you might want to consider is how the mugen hardtop mounts, because if you remove the softtop, one of the brackets will either have to be cut away from the rest of the softtop, or you will have to fabricate your own bracket (not too hard).

Installing the hardtop is quite easy. I don't know about removing the soft top, but I know you have to remove most of the plastic parts from the back of the interior. I'd be in to lend a hand if you want. I saw a thread recently from someone who had just removed their soft top. I'll see if I can find it.

Mr3Plus1 (Mike) just got laid off from Gunn Honda. He was the go to guy for top work. He just helped me fix my rag top. Because he did such a good job and shared his knowledge, I threw him some extra cash on top of what he asked to help him out.

He is your man for the job. During these times! Helping each other out is all good.
