Default spinout

Man okay, my car is broken in and I started to drive agressive. Now I have this problem. Is it me or what? I can not get a good launch at zero. My tires do not spin out at all, even when i drop the clutch. (they spin sometimes but rarely) Then after all this my car's starts to have that funky, burnig plastic smell. what's the deal! am i retarded or i'm doing something wrong. I used to drop the clutch on my integra all the time and get a pretty good wheelspin start. WIth the s2000, its hard. WHAT's the DEAL!

mo i think i saw you on the road.

you are probably on new tires and you are just burning up the clutch - not the rear wheels. what rpm's are you dropping the clutch at?

Definitely sounds like burning clutch to me. Engine revs up and no motion. If you're dropping at 6k, you'll spin. As long as you don't have Hoosiers or something.

dropping clutch around 5000. no spin but smell. yeah it could be the clutch. thanks guys. and one more thing. on the s2000 thousand i have to push the clutch pretty much all the way down in order to shift or it will sometimes scratch. wuts up with that.
yeah mo that was me. you got a tight looking ride!
