yea i called his office and spoke to some guy who seemed kinda throwed off

the cheapest named tire they had was sumitomo at like $90 each

Sumitomo is cheap I think....it's like 300+ treadwear...fronts have almost 20K miles and still going....rears don't last over 10K

^I absolutely love my Sumitomo HTR Z III's. I think they picked a number from a hat for the 300 treadwear rating. There's no way they should be that high. For those not familiar with them, check out Tire Rack's comparison review. They've performed brilliantly everywhere from MSR on a 90 degree day to Central Expwy in a downpour.

but S2k MoZo is right...I get maybe 11-12k on the rear and 15-20k on the front.
