Default custom interior places

I wanted to get seat covers and matching door panels. Any places in town you would recommend?

I called the local Katzkin shop and they wanted $1000 installed.

Does that mean you'll be keeping your S2000? What did your insurance company say about your car? This is your chance to get JDM headlights, any front bumper you want, and a CF hood!

hit the insurance company up for anything you can. The car will never be the same, I would get a service repair company on your side and get some after market items. Don't forget the aluminum radiator.

If they total it out, let us know, maybe some of us can go in and buy it back from the claims dept and part the S.O.B out on the web. There is some guy buying up used parts like crazy right now.

Did you get the pics?

I told a friend of mine that this car would with stand a good hit from the front. I want to show them.

Most likely, it shouldn't be totaled out. The body shop is waiting on the insurance dudes to figure everything out. After that, they will take and upload pics and start working on the car. Hopefully, by early next week but we'll see.

I do plan on getting JDMs and a new hood. I dunno if I want the J's racing cf hood or the Veilside hood. I would like to have a stock front bumper incase I crack a fiberglass one.

So Jack, what was the difference in price between the OEM headlights and the JDM ones? Who did you buy your JDMs from?

the seats have about 42 different parts a piece, and they are not sold as a completely assembled replacement piece. this means you can ask trevor at handa-accessories to purchase some skins for your seats and you can interchange the middle section if you want or whatever you want to do with them. I'm sure this would be MUCH cheaper than $1000.

on the JDM's - they look great, but I'd recommend ordering the EURO HID's from Tim Hamm of MG Racing - then you will not be blinding oncoming traffic with lights designed for a right hand drive car.

Kumar,

There wasn't a difference in price b/n the JDM and Euro headlights. The only reason I went with the JDMs was because the Euros were backordered for a few weeks. As far as blinding oncoming traffic, I've had the lights since December and have only been flashed twice. I also painted my turn signal bulbs silver.

I bought the headlights from MG Racing who in turn bought them from JDM Accessories (i believe).

there is a thread on here that tells you how to adjust the lights, that is all you have to do on the Euros and JDM's, i would think, just adjust opposite way.
