If you email him and ask him, he will give you all the info.
He told me that I should wax the car every 3 months and I should use a good wax and good polish and stuff.
If you go on http://www.autopia.org/ you will find loads of information on how to keep your car clean and shiny all the time. There are polishes from 1 to 10 ratings and you should use the higher number depending upon how bad the scratches and swirls are. He used 13 number on my hood and you have to press kinda hard if the paint is hard and do a few runs. If you just email and ask him, he can guide you in the right direction I am sure
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

I had scott come out and do some paint work on my car just under 2 years ago. He did a fantastic job; my paint looked better than new when he was done, very few swirl marks and a fantastic depth to the paint. Best part? ~$100!
I'd recommend anyone that's concerned with keeping their car looking its best to call him out. He did mention though that hondas (and our cars in particular) have rather soft paint, so that might limit how often you want to get corrective paint work done. Better to talk to him about it though.
