Yeah, I was pretty impressed when I filed my claim, too. When I first spoke w/ my agent, his first question was "Are you OK? Do you need to see a doctor?" Then he simply asked where the car was and said he'd send an adjuster out to look at it. I was actually surprised by the fact that they didn't even blink at the $800 towing bill. The car had to be flatbedded to a storage facility since the accident occurred on a Sat night and then flatbedded back to the shop. Little did I know that the guy that was doing the towing was freelancing for an exotic-car transport company and was charging a premium rate for the towing and the overnight stay in a temperature/humidity controlled building.
