I have a 2007 and for the past couple years 4th gear has been crunchy when down shifting into it and 3rd gear sometimes grinds and pops out of gear. This really takes the fun out of driving it. I took it to a shop that specializes in imports and they could not track down a transmission for it. I tried calling the Honda dealership several times but they have not gotten back to me about it.

Can any one recommend a shop that would replace the transmission?

We can help if John is not available. I would normally recommend repair vs replace, but S2k transmissions are fairly cheap and easy to get. Replacing with a good used unit may be the cheaper and definitely faster way to go.
