Default RIP S2000

I was driving home with a date a couple of hours ago and a driver in a 2007ish mustang blasted through a red light and t-boned my car. The S2000 is long gone. No doubt totaled. He hit us on the passenger side and thank god the girl I was with is fine...or at least out and walking. Her head hurts pretty bad and my neck is already sore. No one was hurt in any serious way though. I will post pictures of the car later this week. I am very sad...I don't know if I want to get a CR, an elise, or an evora. Too much crap to do now. : (

Wow! Glad to hear you and your girl are O.K ! Sorry about the car. Check some of the reviews on the Elise. I was looking into that option at one point and it seemed like a pretty high maintenance car.

That truly sucks ! Especially knowing how well your car was maintained, but the important thing is that both of you are relatively injury free. Do make sure you and the young lady get medical attention and are thoroughly checked. If I can help with anything please let me or others know on this site.

Sad to see the car go, but the fact you are both OK is paramount.

Get checked out by a doctor for piece of mind, then proceed to pick the lock on Steven's garage and get your new CR .

The community is here for you, please let us know if we can help.

Sounds like Steven is willing to donate one of his CRs....since they are probably jealous of the NSX

Seriously though I'm glad you and your girl are ok. Have you looked in the Main "Cars for sale section"? Take your girl out to a vacation, fly, pick up your new s2000, then drive back

On a cool note it seems our cars are small but does very well protecting the occupants!

David check the CR forum , CR's for sale section, if you seriously considering a CR. A TL is nice, but just a boring drive compared to a S.

Damn, as others have said glad you two are okay!

I was in an accident recently myself due to a lady full-on running a stop sign, on the verge of getting my car totaled, but luckily it was just the front bumper. It's never fun going through that at the expense of another drivers stupid decision.

Lotus are very nice cars no doubt, but they seem like such small cars even compared to an S2000. Either way, I hope everything goes in your favor.
