woah, i just looked at your thread. thank goodness you werent a fraction of a second further down the road!! for my accident, a fraction of a second would have been no crash at all. i should hear back next week about what they are going to do with my car. it took a while to get the police report to ensure the other driver admitted to being at fault. i already have an '08 TL TypeS and it is making an excellent daily driver. thanks for all the support guys.

 

Update:

The car was officially totaled this week and I am getting $17.6K for it with the sales tax added in. Basically what I paid for it before sales tax three years ago. Not bad!!

 

It's a bummer you lost the car, but at least you got a big chunk of your money back.

Do you plan on getting another S or moving into something else?

 

i got an '08 TL Type-S. who knows, maybe i will get back to an s2000 one of these days.
