Sad to see this, but am glad you both are ok! I was T-boned back in May and just got my S back in November! Its like a new car! I say get a CR!

Be sure to see a Dr. bc if you don't and wait until later the insurance may or may not cover it! I can give you my chiropractor and lawyer info if you need it!

Check Acurazine. You will find the 3rd gen TLS to be a very nice ride.
I have a 2nd gen 02 TLS. FWD and much heavier, but still sporty and a lot of fun to drive.
PM trancemission on the forum as he has a 3rd gen base model with some great mods.
The J series motor is pretty easy to work on, much like the F series.

thanks for all the support guys. i have a chiro i see every 6 weeks so i will stop by and check up with him. i didn't clarify earlier but i have owned an 04 TL in the past and loved it minus it being kinda boring. Still leaning towards the TL TypeS. here is a picture at the scene and one at the impound lot...mrclean, how did your side impact compare to mine...is there a chance that mine will not be totaled?

my thought is that if it is totaled, i want to get into a comparably priced car asap and down the road i can decide if i want to get back in to something more fun.

Just based on what i can see visually I don't think the car will be totaled.

woah really? if they do fix it then i will not want to keep it. i suppose i better make sure the dude's insurance company compensates me for the depreciating value of the car.

Is the window down or missing? You might want to cover that up as I think we are getting rain this week

window is missing...actually dont think i ever realized that.

OK guys, I am getting this car delivered to the carmax just a few miles from my place to have a good look at it. I know I know, boring. Loving the color combo on the interior though. Plenty of pick-me-up.
