TinTop - It sounds like a simple bonnet latch adjustment. My bonnet sits flush with my fenders but I still had to slightly adjust the latch.
See my reply to your post in the GB thread.
ade_73 - You were the second last order in the GB and I have been filling orders chronologically. There are only 3 orders left to ship now.

Am I still in time to order one ? I live in Malta.
Thanks

Yeah Billy you need to do some trial and error but lifting the main catch by 1-2 mm is about enough. My bonnet stood a little higher than the surrounding metalwork (by a tiny but noticeable amount) for a time, but I fiddled around with it and its flush again - and you don't need to slam the nuts off the bonnet to get it to catch.
Worried the hell out of me at first when MT's CAI didn't fit on my car - most unhappy! Then I was told about adjusting the bonnet catch...
There's a thread with pictures somewhere...
Cheers

Having installed a couple of these and had no real probs, I'd just say check the following points.
(1) Make sure the CAI is sitting flat on the cross member at the THINNEST part of the CAI. There's very little room between the CAI and the closed bonnet so this point is imperitive!
(2) Check the cross member where the CAI sits. You sometimes get a plastic screw or cable clip (can't remember which) sticking up and stopping the CAI sitting down properly.
(3) If the CAI is sitting properly on the cross member, once it's clamped between the two halves of the airbox it isn't going anywhere, and rad fixing is not necessary IMO. If you've secured the rad end perhaps that's causing the CAI to not seat properly?

Okay,
Here's some pictures, Muz whats going on? I have't got to the point of closing the bonnet I can't close the airbox lid.
Now there is nothing obstructing it;
And it sits fine elsewhere
Looks good but I think there is a bevel to the end which fits in the airbox like a wedge.
Muz tell me which pictures you want me to take and I will Email them to you.

The spoon one has to have its trumpet pushed well into the grill bars, partly for location, partly to sit properly.
I could not stand the idea of the bonnet of a Honda NOT fitting flush, so I adjusted the frame (with a ball-pin hammer) so that I did not require closure adjustment.
Bring it round, if you need help!

Ah-photos have appeared!
Yes, the lower end is wrong.
The flat bit should be further forward on the X-member!
