battery engine damage
seen other posts complaining about the battery on the s2 not holding charge very well and not lasting as long as expected. Moral of the story is, it's probably not a great idea to jump start another car from the s2. (I did actually drive it after doing this but not for that long. If you are clocking up the mileage each day then it's probably not an issue)
The car is due a service anyway so i will just get the dealer to stick a new battery in. They don't cast that much. (Just means I will need to jump start from another car to get it to the dealer!)
the reason it was left for 5-6 weeks was that local councils are a bunch of tw*ts the need you to sign in blood to get a parking permit. t*ssers.

6 years or so is a pretty good innings for a battery.
