If you can get a caliper from a breakers then I would suggest doing that, however, be aware that the caliper you buy could be as bad or not worse.

I got one from Ian and with a bit of cleaning was fine and has been ever since, Fraser was selling some rebuild kits so I bought them just in case but haven't needed them so ??

For Honda to fit them I would estimate half hour labour plus possibly draining of brake fluid depending on how anal they are. Similar for brake rebuild kit.
