I'm after something a little smoother more central and sort of in the shape of a tear, there's a car group called ukv8 and one of the guys knows a panel beater who will put in the bulge I need, kinda like the style of an BMW M5.
Hopefully.

Did your movable engine mounts work nicely?

I put the the ease of fitting down to both mine and my friends abilities and the sliding mounts yes
It would have been a pig of a job otherwise!

That also means you can line the engine and box up if they don't quite sit straight - i would imagine it's a good idea to have them in a straight line with the prop and diff?

Straight indeed,
I've reused the honda gearbox mount with some relocating brackets which moves it 50mm back and keeps it central, the motor plate mounts are drilled in such a way to allow 5mm movement side ways.
The sliding parts were for the ease of how far forwards or backwards it needs to be

Seems easy enough

Could you just space the bonnet hinges for the moment to make it fit?

Probably the wrong end and it'd be 4" up the windscreen.

Congratulations - now comes the difficult part(s)...
