Fancy a challenge - wiretuck
If I had more experience and time I would have tried this, but for now this is out of the question.
Maybe next year?
I think get it running right first, iron out the inevitable glitches and once you settle into it - remove it and tidy it all up properly. Not a full tuck maybe but you could make the wiring / pipework look OEM and that alone would make it look special.

Maybe take some pictures of the donor engine bay / wire tucks / clean installs to see what you could copy over.

Must be just me that detests wire tucks then!

Makes it look like a shitty model kit & is a PIA when it goes wrong.

I'd rather have everything easy to get to for diagnostics and mods personally, not have to spend a week untucking the wiring first!

I'm with you on that one, and so long as it's neat I'd quite like a busy engine bay

Same here lol. I appreciate the effort involved but I can't keep anything the same so as soon as I had wire tucked I would want to run some more wires

Met a bunch of guys at nationals and only 2 of them were on the forums!! I recommended that they get on it if only for the reading, damn youths nowadays!

Had a good time, wish I had mine done though, I'll be putting an entry in for the main hall and the area outside the main hall next year, if I get it then high five! If not no worries, I'll still love the car (or be shit scared of it!)

Been paid so it's time to buy some finishing bits! Going ally tube for my brake vac line, measure up for some gold hose clamps I saw at nationals done by roose Motorsport, gold dressage bolts for a couple of bits in the engine bay.

Saw a quadrocopter with a go pro on it at nationals, massive temptation!!!!

If your going down the quad copter route I'd recommend the dji phantom vision+. Self build ones are as big a project as this car!
