You have probably answered this somewhere here.

What welder are you using? I've just jumped on the market for one after mine died for the last time (that's right, the last time)

Good bit of welding for 3 in the morning , that's just before my twilight zone when I start laughing at random objects on nights (got to love shift work)

Not sure on the make bud, I'll check when I'm back in tonight, I wouldn't recommend it though, I've used one that my mate has and it was beautiful in comparison! I never thought there would be that much of a difference between a "cheap" one and a good quality one.
If you've got the coin don't scrimp out and buy cheap.

Yeah I surprised myself with the quality of the job in relation to how long I'd been awake (10:30am is when mum woke me up, rude.)
Cocked one of the welds on the back though, tidied as best I could but the rest of it seems bob on.

Apprehensive on the clearance of the oil fittings, may have to cut top flange off and put a new one on with some new oil fittings welded on at an angle.

Quick list of outstanding jobs:
(need to be done before monday)
- brackets for two coil packs
- brackets for air filter and pipe
- bracket for charger coolant pump
- bracket for radiator coolant
- radiator and charger coolant pipes
- acquire throttle position sensor and idle air control
- secure arch liners to front bumper
- weld in sump baffles
- bonnet aero catches need fitting
- hole in bonnet needs making bigger and sharp edges taking off
- fit sump (then probably modify it meaning I'll have to keep current one until ready)
- fit relocated oil filter and braided lines, this will be a nightmare
- bracket for remote oil filter housing
- aluminium vacuum pipe for brake servo, routed neatly around the back of the engine
(can wait until after electrics)
- tracking needs doing before it goes to tuner so it can be driven home
- suspect a tie rod is bent, it's not a standard S2000 one
- fill with oil and coolant before first start up
- draw up some new single piece engine mounts and have laser cut, anodised black and then fitted

Probably a couple of jobs I've missed too

Slightly daunting when I sit back and look at it, have friday evening, maybe saturday day, saturday evening, sunday day and maybe sunday night if I choose to miss a car meet, looking likely if I need the time.

It's the stress of time limits that worries me most haha

I'm led to believe it's capable of 580bhp with around 600ft/lb
