This kit of Mr Pitts' is awesome!
Got the lines done so easily with it! I'll probably buy one of my own!
Found out that my fuel rails were joined with an AN4 line which after running up to the rails in AN8 seems silly to keep it in such a way. A couple more fittings ordered and should be here by Thursday/Friday hopefully then I can send the kit back of which I am eternally grateful for being lent!

The AN4 line was routed strangely too, from the back of one rail, over the charger, along the length of the other fuel rail and then 3 fittings to turn it around and into the front of the 2nd rail.
I plan on this:

Connect both rails at the front and go over (or under) the supercharger.

Also had a look at the wiring harness I got with the ECU, the scary part is I understood most of it as it was labeled nicely and (to my eyes) put together well.
For 5 minutes I was tempted to make a start on fitting it and removing the old harness, then I put myself in check haha

Yeah, my head is still killing from that! Who would have thought that the fuel rails had fuel in them!

Carl,if the hose things are of use to you then don't bother posting them back and buying new ones just give me£50 for mine.

Because I am yet again changing the fuel system setup on my car I decided it would be both cheaper and neater to replace the whole length rather than put joins in,Sooooooooo another £230 in hoses and ends this is the 4th time I've changed it.I think I am morphing into a professional fuel system replacer

Careful you don't become one too

How come you're changing it again?
And what are you using when you replace it?
If I bought a set I'd probably never use it after this so I will be sending yours back.

Again, dibs on your double carrier!
You've got me proper worried that my single 320lph pump won't cut the mustard :|

I've got 2 full length hoses from fuel tank to engine bay,the -8 needs extending to go to the fuel cooler which will be by the inter cooler.New hose would need 1 straight fitting and 1 90 deg fitting,if I use the existing hose I would need additional 2x straight fittings plus a joint. At around £15 a pop for ptfe fittings its cheaper to buy extra hose and just make it one length. There are lots of little twiddly hoses and things needed for the twin external pumps and swirl pot.

About your pump not being enough I had a single 340 and stock hoses and I was Told my little 2.2 4 banger would be out of fuel at around 600 hp.yours is 3 times bigger with a supercharger and 8 cylinders what do you think? If you want my twin pump and hanger it will probably be out and on the floor by the end of next week.

I shouldn't worry about it too much, just use 1/4 throttle until you upped the fuel system If you think about it like I did 340 litres per hour is what? 80 gallons per hour? That should be enough for any man My Pitts Special which had a 360 cubic inch engine when doing aerobatics was constantly on full throttle used 14 gallons per hour......Sooooooo how can a road vehicle running mainly part throttle overhaul a pump capable of pumping nearly 80 gallons an hour?go figure.

Any idea what fuel pressure you will need to run?mine runs between 48-55 ish unless I'm boosting,in that case I've no idea what pressure it's running because my eyes are sticking that far out of my head I can't see the dash

Touché!
The corvette filter/reg unit is preset to 58/59 psi, I can't remember which.

How much are you wanting for the twin system?
