It just so happens I've got one of these hanging up on the floor Unfortunately its only got a 1 gallon tank.
1 gallon is surely enough? Isn't it?
Is it for sale dear sir?
It is fore sale sir,I'm asking £225 for it but would let you have it for £200,or......I could do you a deal on this and the twin pump hanger. If you bare in mind the money would go towards a good cause(Geartronics paddle shift) low balling wouldn't only hurt me.

Man that's a good price!
Supposed to be buying a car at the end of the month
Might just get the bus for a month ... It'd be worth it.
I'll get back to you soon!
What nozzles and stuff are with the kit? Please be aware my knowledge on meth kits is near zero.
A guy not long ago suggested just doing water injection first, but I know I'll only end up getting meth in the end

I don't know the nozzel sizes, but a man of your substantial capability can drill them out.

Just water is good but I'm the same as you I know zero about meth injection. The evo's and that in the states use quite a lot of meth to boost power but clearly lack of power isn't going to be an issue with you.Water on its own would greatly reduce induction temps without any power gain apart from the denser mixture.

Sounds like I need a few nights of research on the net, I'll also call the tuner to get his thoughts.

Think I've sorted the pulley out temporarily, I'll take it for a test drive tomorrow and use my modifry mount and go pro to try and capture the manic acceleration and sound from inside the cockpit.

That squeak from the power steering pump idler was embarrassing!! No video haha plus it was a bit damp.
Sourced an idler pulley with the bearings built in, all I have to do is make a plinth for it and it should be sorted.
Hopefully be done on Saturday when I'm back at work, if not Sunday.

Got the pulley, picking up a new belt this afternoon as the current one has been chucked off 3 times now and looks a little battered.
The pulley is from a ford transit 2.2L so I can add ford to the list of cars whose parts I have stolen.
Renault megane being one, Monaro obviously, civic ek and eg.
I won't tell anyone if you don't.

Currently trying to figure out mounting options for the pulley, surfing eBay for a huge chunk of aluminium that I can machine up all functional and pretty like .... Also I can anodise it if I like

Will you be running it at all this year Carl?

I'm sooooo tempted to throw my engine into mine, I've already got a buyer for the engine that's in the car.Ive also got somebody interested in my diff.

I've taken my shoes and socks off and worked out that with the 2 things above I can afford the Geartronics.

I know you are interested in the meth kit but so is somebody else, what about my twin pump hanger and pumps?

I'll be driving it and showing it for the rest of this month and probably the month after but then it's coming off the road again.
Need to save to be able to do things to it.
Unfortunately I'll be unable to buy your meth kit and double pumps any time soon, if you sell them to someone else then that’s just the way it goes.

I want the car to be sorted for fast show and have the intention of running it down the strip then but the way plans keep changing I may have to give it a miss and do a rwyb day in the middle of the year.
There's also the possibility that I manage to get a job I've applied for which puts me out in Vietnam for 5 years with only 25 days holiday a year.

I'm going to be changing my intake set up to get the air filter away from the heat in which it's currently sat in.
But it's not a simple job, or at least my solution isn’t simple haha
doing a shuffle round of the radiators, coolant bottle, charger pump, 4 coolant lines and various other things and whilst this is happening I'll be taking time and care to make it neat. Half the stuff looks thrown in and well, it was.

Once more space has been attained I'll be running two pipes down from the throttle body in 3" each and having two smaller air filters sat in nice cool areas down near the front at either side. I'll be making the intake pipes myself again and they'll be routed as symmetrically as possible though the will not be mirror image. Plus I think it'll look MAD!

More tidying things will be bits like:
Paint rocker covers and charger
Make a space saving mount for the coil packs, custom ht leads will be needed though it'll be neater and symmetrical
Hide the horns/replace them and hide them
The framework where the bonnet catch is on will be chopped out and replaced with some nice fancy laser cut shiz with neat bonnet pins in, problem with this is the bonnet catches won't line up as I f@#ked one up and it’s a little bit out meaning new bonnet required.
Tidying of a bit of wiring.
I’ll bribe my electrician friend to see if he'll help do a tuck on a couple of bits like eps module, alarm and fuse box.

The idler I've made to replace that crap power steering pump thing has so far been faultless, I'll get a picture of it when I've got it painted.
