Default Callipers stuff the weekend

After a nice start to to the weekend, I was changing my front brake pads yesterday, and when it came to pushing the the pistons back in, ...... well they wouldn't go. 2 broken and 1 bent G-Clamps later I could only push them back in using a vice. Quick check to see if I had freed it up, but sadly no.

So it's a pair of new callipers for me. Looks like about

Contact Rob at Garage R.

I've delt with him a few times, very good service.

He can get EBC refurbished calipers at a cheap price. His fitting prices are excellent aswell, if you don't feel up to it.

The caliper issue is a common one my friend. Remember your car is nearly ten years old now.

P:S They also come pre-painted so you can choose which colour you want.

It was only the fronts that I was doing. The rears I did a while ago and they were fine. Bit of a bugger to twist back in, but got there in the end.

I've almost been waiting for them to go due to the age of the car, but it's still gutting to have to spend out on new ones.

I'll give GarageR a call. Cheers.
