You can always count on Honda to have less knowledge about their own car than an internet forum

 

The Lamda sensor is more or less a consumable part, they die every 5 years or so, before you go buying a CAT have it checked by an auto electrician.
As for Honda parts the silly little net on the facelift door card comes in at over £100, I think the phrase is "screw you!"
