Default Chiswick Honda

Hello, this is my first post, and I think you'll all agree, it's been well worth the wait (I've been perusing the site for a couple of months now, just waiting for the right opportunity...):

I was just wondering if anyone else has problems getting through to the service desk at Chiswick Honda. Every time I call, I have to leave 3, yes exactly 3 messages, before I get a call back. Is this the norm, or am I missing a trick?

Particularly irritating when the rest of their customer service seems to be excellent

I can also say Chiswick are utterly hopeless, I took in my S2K for 3 yr service, fix a ding in a door and a windscreen chip. I left it on the Weds to be picked up Saturday morning for a drive up north, door still being sprayed will be another 2 days, finally got it back a week later and they still forgot to fix the windscreen chip, didn't even get an apology. Had to spend a whole week in the sodding Honda Jazz courtesy car - GREAT.

Avoid them at all costs, total morons.

Have to agree, sales team are a pain in the arse! Said they would put new wheels on mine, part of the deal and managed not to do that, front tyres were illegal when I picked it up and they had not done the PDI and service! Avoid at all costs.
