Default Cigarette lighter

Suggestions for the best way to fix this.

I can't see glue lasting, looks like it might need big parts of the rear console removing to get behind ?!

Thanks

Retighten with a bit of thread lock, I reckon. Worked for me.

Chris - I think that I need to remove the trim to retrieve the 'nut' that it screws into.

If I am removing the trim, I wonder if there is benefit to putting some sound deadening material in there ?

Apologies, yeh there's some trim removal to get at it. The panel with the vent in it behind the seat is the first one. That might let you get your hand/arm around enough. Otherwise, you might need to go a bit further. The link Wobbly posted looks like a decent guide.

I'd only put sound deadening in if you're going to do the whole of the inside of the glovebox/back panel/parcel shelf assembly. I wouldn't have thought it would do much just on the smaller bits. Bit of a guess though.
