I used the auto leads adaptor on mine and it works a treat. Just remember to follow the instructions about setting up the interface, you have to turn the radio on, tuni it into a station let it find teh rds signal, then turn the ignition off and then plug in the jack - I have no idea why but it won't work unless you do this!!

 

Anyone suggest any radios that work with the MUTE button. I have a clarion and autoleads setup but cannot get the MUTE working. It blows a fuse whenever i press the darn thing and ive linked the 'mute' lead to the adapter on the back of the radio in 3 different places!

I therefore could do with knowing of a radio that works with this?

 

It may not be the HU it may be the adaptor harness you have.This guy sells DCI's for Clarion get in touch with him re which Clarion system you have and what you need. I have one of his for my Alpine and all the dash controls work a treat, some even have more functions now. He is a nice chap and answers e-mails very quickly. Hope this helps
