Can't comment on the dell but I went for stand alone bluetooth GPS. I can use it with all sorts of applications on my palm pilot, nokia phone and laptop. Bit more future proofed than buying a dedicated bit of hardware.

The Dell machines are getting very good write ups at the moment. Good value for money, but they are a little bit chunky.

I think the TomTom software is about
