Default Doesn't start - immobiliser problems?

On two occasions my s2000 has not started (i.e. the start button has been dead) when I have got out put the alarm on and and then disabled the alarm and got back in.

Then - when I try and press the indented button to swich off the immobiliser it still will not start - once this carried on for 30 mins and then for no real reason the START button suddenly worked!

Any ideas?

John

I am sure you know this but do not forget the immobiliser kicks in after 30 seconds and you have to press the indented button again.
