Is milk not available enroute or in Spain or do you have a specific type of grass you prefer the cows eat?

Refrigerator in the trunk boot? This ain't gonna be very effective with no air interchange on the outside cooling plate. No free lunch -- the removed heat has to go somewhere. Everything frozen to start will help. I'm interested in how well this works after several hours on the road.
