Right, i'll get some footage of it

Engine damper off
Engine damper on

I'll attach a ruler to the chassis and we can see how far it moves.

We can also try it on a newer model - I still reckon you will get a similar movement to what I get. 2" sounds loads, but when you think about it, it isn't much at all.

Although perhaps I should defer to the experts on here - the ones who do all this stuff day in/day out and don't just drop their car off at a dealer

The diff mounts are pretty solid as it stands although they are prime candidates for the PU sealent treatment.

The gearbox mounts might as well be made from chocolate!

Re: si2k, never really looked at the engine on the dyno the noise usually scares me haha.

Tangoman uses that, swares by it for a good finish dont know about the extra mph .
