Engine rattle

The engine makes a ticking/rattling noise which seems to come from the cam area when the oil has warmed. It has been suggested that this is probably the chain tensioner - anyone any suggestions? Thanks again

Thanks for comments - its done 68000 miles. It had the recall job done only last year, where they change an oil-way or guard in the sump, and the noise only seemed to start after that - maybe just coincidence? G
