Flat battery yesterday - fortunately in garage - the S hadn't been out for a week.
20 hours of charging shows it building up and then dropping waa-a-a-y back.
New one tomorrow, warranty or not!
I see from a search that this is not uncommon.

Had mine changed last Monday because it was draining and I couldn't risk it failing whilst away on a midweek break around the W Midlands.

My honda dealer did it while I waited, but have sent a bill for

 

Any one know part number and cost ?...I'm gona get a new one for the winter.

 

Anyone know the spec for the battery. I'm not sure that I will go with the Honda unit.

 

as my car doesn't get used much the battery does go flat, I give it a charge once a week and don't set the alarm

Thanks for that. I'll have a check round and see if I can match the spec. I get a discount from Ford so it'll probably be worth sourcing there if they do one.

 

Halfords lists include nothing for the S2000 !
