I've just ordered the ICE-Link Plus, thanks to the Honda dealership snapping mine off the cradle when it was in for a service on Wednesday.
They are paying for the replacement (Although I never mentioned how much it is
) and doing me some discount etc. 
I'll let you know if there's any significant difference in the "plus".
