Arrow Front subframe

Hi

I recently had my front subframe replaced under warranty and had a look under the car yesterday. There are a total of six threaded holes which I would presume should have something in them because of the threads

Two of them I can reach behind but there appears to be nothing for a bolt to connect to, whilst the others I can't reach behind.

Has anyone got any photos of the front underneath of their car, preferably an 04+ to see if this how it is meant to be?

I also noted a rubber boot that had looks like it may have slipped down the steering rack until it ran up against a set of 'joints'. This can be seen from looking at the engine bay from above, to the left and further back of the engine's oil filter.

If you have pics I can compare to my MY00 .. as I've been under my subframe quite a bit of late.

Sorry, I don't have any pics.

If you can find some fitting photos for an X brace (Muz site?) this should show you what you need?

Thx for the replies guys and Shopman for the photo. They had indeed left off the left and right gussets which are two L shaped parts that bolt onto the subframe. All bolted back on now.

Why did you need a new subframe?
