Default Front tyres

Am I right that now REO50MZ tyres aren't available for the front wheels now that I should be going for REO50s (2004 17" alloy).

The FAQ hasn't been updated with this information for some reason.

Thanks.

So is the S001 going to be the direct replacement, do we know?
(kind of confusing, seeing as the Bridgestone website still advertises the RE050's)

...god, I've still got a pair of S02's on the front of my car still!

Don't get confused, he's talking about the 17s..

They're still doing RE050s in 17 but not the MZ's anymore.

So everyone keeps saying.

Although nobody can actually prove it.

Must be sh^t load of stock knocking about as this was said years ago.

I blame the internet revolution.

Well i was in camskill getting tyres fitted on wednesday, he said regarding re050 mz there's always lots stockpiled.

If they fit another car or there is demand (even small) they will continue to make them, he mentioned about and old civic and aston martin were made in dribs and drabs.

Havent heard that from anyone yet Kev.
Cheaper, looser, grippier, but never better feel.

I ran rears on the front and that gives THE best feedback but weights the steering up a bit.
